We process and ship in-stock products Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12 pm Central or on a non-business day are considered next business day. Please see our shipping options at checkout and below.
We only process Domestic orders to United States.
Please note: orders must be placed by 12:00 pm Central Time, Monday through Friday, to meet the shipping timeframes below. Excludes weekends & holidays.

Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 100% customer service reply rating. If you have an error with your order, please contact us immediately and we will try to correct it quickly to get you a replacement. If an exchange is requested for size or style, please email our customer support team at info@thedogleashes.com with the word "exchange" in the subject line. Please also include the reason and attach any information or applicable pictures that correspond to the issue, or if it is sizing, please give detail of the fit. We will contact you to help fix your issue and get you a replacement exchange. Exchanges will be completed within 30 days. Customers are responsible for the initial shipping cost. We will send the replacement free of charge.
